All our hot forging process are equipped with induction billet heaters and infrared pyrometers for accurate temperature control. Hot forging parts weight from 0.1 to 72KGS. We has over 190 sets of machining equipment, such as machining center, high precise CNC Lathes, milling machines and electric pulses. We also have 25 sets of precise grinding machine, 4 assembly line for the magnetic clutch and air condition compressor. We have 18 sets of heat treatment devices, such as Speria BBH vacuum carburizing quenching furnaces and more than 20 sets of advanced testing equipments.
